Cerramiento y restauración ecológica del terreno urbano de la desaparecida ciudad de Armero. El Gobierno Nacional, a través del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, efectuará el cerramiento (ecológico) del terreno urbano de la desaparecida ciudad de Armero; procederá a evaluar el estado actual de su ecosistema y precisará los objetivos de su restauración ecológica, repoblación arbórea y de especies nativas de la región afectada por el Nevado del Ruiz, así como la recuperación de las aguas medicinales del antiguo lago El Tivoli.
