Article 11

La Autorización Previa De Constitución Será Otorgada Mediante Resolución Motivada, Por La Dirección General Del Instituto Nacional De Transporte Y Tránsito, En La Cual Se Indicará: A) Las Rutas Y Frecuencias De Despacho Y/O Áreas De Operación, Que Le Quedarán Reservadas Al Solicitante Durante El Término De Seis (6) Meses Improrrogables, Contados A Partir De La Ejecutoria De La Resolución; B) La Capacidad Transportadora Necesaria Para Servir Las Rutas Reservadas, La Clase De Vehículo, La Modalidad Y El Nivel Del Servicio Ofrecido

La autorización previa de constitución será otorgada mediante resolución motivada, por la Dirección General del Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito, en la cual se indicará

Las rutas y frecuencias de despacho y/o áreas de operación, que le quedarán reservadas al solicitante durante el término de seis (6) meses improrrogables, contados a partir de la ejecutoria de la resolución;

La capacidad transportadora necesaria para servir las rutas reservadas, la clase de vehículo, la modalidad y el nivel del servicio ofrecido.
