° Autorízasele igualmente para que, una vez cumplido el artículo anterior, contrate la ejecucion de los trabajos que resulten necesarios para la navegación indicada por el Dique. Se considerarán los trabajos como anexos a los de saneamiento y mejoramiento del puerto de Cartagena que se deberán verificar conforme a la Ley 77 de 1912 .
