Sesiones Conjuntas . Toda deliberación en primer debate se hará en sesión conjunta de las comisiones del Senado y Cámara de Representantes. Las decisiones se tomarán en votación de cada cámara por separado. Las demás Comisiones Constitucionales Permanentes de Senado y Cámara de Representantes podrán presentar, en el proceso de deliberación para primer debate, informes para su análisis y decisiones, según lo dispuesto por el inciso anterior.
