Artículo tercero. El Hospital Antituberculoso "Santa Clara", de Bogotá, tendrá la siguiente estructura orgánica para su funcionamiento

a)

Una Junta Directiva o Cuerpo de Gobierno.

b)

Una Dirección como Organo Ejecutivo.

c)

Un Departamento de Servicios Científicos.

d)

Un Departamento de Servicios Técnicos Auxiliares.

e)

Un Departamento de Servicios Administrativos Generales.

Parágrafo

Las dependencias que forman los Departamentos antes mencionados, serán las que señalan los estatutos de la institución.
