Las entidades que forman parte del Sistema Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario facilitarán el acceso al crédito de los productores vinculados a los programas y proyectos productivos, para lo cual brindarán la asesoría y el acompañamiento necesarios, a través de programas y líneas de financiamiento adecuadas a las necesidades particulares de los mismos, lo mismo que mediante los mecanismos de garantía y de incentivo a las inversiones en el sector rural.
