º . El diferimiento arancelario establecido en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, rige por el término de un año, contado a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto. El diferimiento arancelario establecido en el artículo 2º de este decreto, rige hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2006. Vencidos estos términos, se restablecerán los gravámenes contemplados en el Arancel Externo Común.
