Articulo 25. Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la promulgación del presente Decreto, la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro señalará el procedimiento para hacer efectiva la vigilancia, que de conformidad con el artículo 8º de la Ley 29 de 1973, debe ejercer sobre el Colego de Notarios de Colombia y mediante resolución que requiere para su validez la aprobación del Ministerio de Justicia.
