La comercializadora de vehículos automóviles o taxis del servicio público municipal que venda esta clase de vehículos sin la respectiva autorización de compra, será sancionada por la autoridad municipal competente con multas de veinte (20) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes por cada vehículo.
