º. El arrendador o dueño de las tierras podrá dar por terminado el contrato, y pedir el lanzamiento del arrendatario, aparcero etc., cuando este haga cultivos expresamente prohibidos en el contrato, y en tal caso, el arrendador o dueño de la tierra no estará obligado a pagar las mejoras que consistan en esos cultivos prohibidos.
