Art. único. Apruébese el contrato de 13 de septiembre del presente, año celebrado con el Sr. Leonardo Uribe C. con la siguiente modificación al punto 5º:

"5.° El Contratista se obliga también a construir una nueva línea telegráfica entre las ciudades del Socorro y Ocaña, así: del Socorro a San Gil, de Zapatoca a Bucaramanga, pasando por Girón y Lebrija, y de Ríonegro a La Cruz y Ocaña, y a entregarla construida un año después de que haya sido definitivamente aprobado el presente contrato¨
