º. Actualización y revisión de las estratificaciones. Cuando de conformidad con el Decreto número 969/91, artículo décimo, sea procedente una actualización general de las estratificaciones en el territorio municipal, el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, se lo comunicará al correspondiente alcalde municipal. Si dentro de los seis meses siguientes no se hubiere efectuado la pertinente actualización, se procederá al nombramiento de un comité de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo anterior.
