ARTICULO 41. Anticipo de haberes por comisión al exterior. Los Agentes que sean destinados en comisión al exterior, por más de treinta (30) días, tendrán derecho al anticipo de un mes de los haberes mensuales. Cuando la comisión sea por un lapso menor de treinta (30) días el anticipo de los haberes se hará por el tiempo de la comisión más los viáticos, si fuere el caso.
