Quien pretenda demandar o tema que se le demande podrá pedir, por una sola vez, que su presunta contraparte conteste el interrogatorio que le formule sobre hechos que han de ser materia del proceso. En la solicitud indicará concretamente lo que pretenda probar y podrá anexar el cuestionario, sin perjuicio de que lo sustituya total o parcialmente en la audiencia.
