Decreto 1224 de 1994 · Por el cual se dictan medidas en materia de transporte público terrestre automotor de pasajeros y mixto por carretera

º. Durante el término que permanezca la emergencia vial en los corredores Villavicencio-Vista Hermosa y viceversa; Villavicencio-Mesetas y viceversa y Villavicencio-Lejanías y viceversa (Puente Guillermo León Valencia sobre el río Ariari), el Ministerio de Transporte, Dirección General de Transporte y Tránsito Terrestre Automotor, mediante Actos Administrativos, autorizará a las empresas que funcionan legalmente en el sector, la prestación del servicio en rutas y horarios diferentes, sin observar el procedimiento señalado en el Decreto número 1927 del 6 de agosto de 1991.

Parágrafo

La autorización contenida en el presente artículo, se entenderá hasta el momento en que cese dicha emergencia.
