La adquisición de los bienes muebles que requiera el Instituto, se hará conforme a las disposiciones de los Decretos 2370 y 3182 de 1968. Las compras directas que pueda realizar de acuerdo con los mismos Decretos, se ajustarán a las disposiciones generales vigentes sobre la materia y a las particulares que se consagren en los Actos de la Junta Directiva.
