Ventas atadas . Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones normativas referentes a los actos contrarios a la libre competencia, cuando un establecimiento de crédito ofrezca uno o varios de sus servicios básicos en un paquete o agrupados en cualquier forma, deberá también, ofrecer a los consumidores la opción de adquirir dichos servicios de manera independiente o separada. La Superintendencia Financiera definirá el listado de servicios básicos para efectos del presente artículo
