Las participaciones que de acuerdo con el presente Decreto correspondan al Departamento y a los Municipios, se liquidarán mensualmente por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía y serán pagadas por la Empresa Colombiana de Minas y los demás explotadores a las respectivas tesorerías dentro de los veinte (20) días siguientes al recibo de la correspondiente liquidación.
