El gravamen arancelario establecido en el artículo 1 del presente Decreto tendrá vigencia por el término de dos (2) años, contados a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial. Vencido este término se restablecerá el arancel contemplado en el Decreto 2153 de 2016 o las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o subroguen.
