Adiciónanse a la estructura orgánica de la Dirección General Marítima, contemplada en el artículo 8º del Decreto ley 2324 de 1984, las siguientes dependencias: División de Capitanías de Puerto. División de Ayudas a la Navegación. Oficina de Asuntos Internacionales. Oficina de Informática. Señalización del Río Magdalena. Oficina de Divulgación.

Parágrafo. La adición a la estructura orgánica de la Dirección General Marítima que por el presente artículo se determina, no implicará incremento en la planta de personal, sino distribución de funciones dentro de la Entidad.
