ARTICULO 61 . ATRIBUCION DE FRECUENCIAS PARA LA PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. La atribución de frecuencias que en todo el territorio de Colombia, se realice por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, para la prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular estará conforme a la atribución establecida por la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones (UIT) para los servicios fijo y móvil de telefonía.
