° Para los efectos del Escalafón, sólo se tendrán en cuenta los años de servicio, de enseñanza secundaria en planteles aprobados por el Ministerio de Educación, o en colegios extinguidos cuyos títulos o estudios fueran aceptados por el Gobierno, o en planteles de otros países cuando los profesores hubieren sido contratados por los Gobiernos respectivos.
