Las mismas personas señaladas en el inciso del artículo anterior pueden pedir al juez que interdicte o suspenda la representación, ejecución, exhibición de una obra teatral, musical, cinematográfica y otras semejantes, que se van a representar, ejecutar o exhibir en público sin la debida autorización del titular o titulares del derecho de autor.
