º . Requisitos. Las cajas de compensación familiar deberán orientar los recursos de crédito hipotecario, teniendo en cuenta los siguientes requisitos

Ser beneficiario de un subsidio para vivienda de interés social;

Que los ingresos mensuales del hogar sean igual o inferior a tres (3) salarios mínimos legales mensuales;

Que el valor total de la vivienda no supere los setenta (70) salarios mínimos legales mensuales;

Que el avance de obra de la vivienda a financiar no supere el 30% de la construcción al momento de la vigencia del presente decreto.
