Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para que incluya en el presupuesto correspondiente a la Rama Judicial un rubro, con el objeto de que el Consejo de Estado pague las cuotas adeudadas y futuras de los compromisos internacionales adquiridos con la Asociación Iberoamericana de Tribunales de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa (AIT), y la Asociación Internacional de Altas Jurisdicciones Administrativas (IASAJ).
