Articulo 5º La Cámara deberá someter sus estatutos a la aprobación de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio en un plazo no mayor de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la expedición de este Decreto. El presupuesto de ingresos y egresos, para el año de 1983 deberá ser remitido a la misma Superintendencia, para su aprobación, dentro de un plazo no mayor de dos (2) meses contados a partir de la fecha mencionada.
