Si las contestaciones que se obtengan, en virtud de los que ordena el artículo anterior, fueren deficientes, ó si no obtienen los datos que se necesitan, el Jefe del Departamento nacional de Agricultura lo pondrá en conocimiento del Poder Ejecutivo, y éste procederá á nombrar los Agentes agrícolas de que trata el artículo 2.° de la ley 56 de 1884.
