º. Los vehículos importados en los términos establecidos en este decreto quedarán en restringida disposición mientras sean usados por la entidad importadora. No podrán ser enajenados y al final de su vida útil serán chatarrizados, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos formales establecidos en la normatividad vigente sobre la materia. Los vehículos así importados solo podrán entregarse en comodato a las entidades territoriales o a las entidades públicas nacionales y territoriales.
