Este Decreto se publicará profusamente y será fijado en las Gobernaciones, Oficinas de Policía, Alcaldías y en parajes públicos. En las agencias de transportes marítimos, aéreos y terrestres, hoteles, pensiones, fondas, casas de asistencia, agencias de arrendamientos, secciones fiduciarias de los bancos y casas de inquilinato, se fijarán los artículos correspondientes a cada una de ellas.
