° Reglamentos de los depósitos centralizados de valores. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 20, los reglamentos de los depósitos centralizados de valores deberán ser sometidos a la aprobación de la Superintendencia de Valores, entidad que también aprobará tanto las tarifas aplicables como las reformas de dichos reglamentos y de las mencionadas tarifas.
