º Para el trabajo básico de los Municipios adscribense a la Junta Territorial Militar las funciones estadísticas de la recopilación de los datos en el Municipio y los Corregimientos de su dependencia, asesorada dicha Junta por el Oficial de Estadística Municipal y hasta cinco ciudadanos expertos en el ramo que se investiga, como Asesores. Para este servicio, la Junta tomará la denominación de Junta Territorial de Estadística Militar.
