Artículo segundo . El Comité mencionado en el artículo anterior, estará integrado en la siguiente forma: El Ministro de Agricultura o su representante, el Ministro de Educación o su representante, el doctor Gabriel Betancourt, el doctor Antonio Posada, el doctor Hernán Echavarría, el doctor Bernardo Garcés, el doctor Rafael Samper y el doctor Manuel Castellanos. Los miembros del Comité utilizarán los servicios de Secretaria que les suministren los Ministerios de Agricultura y de Educación, se reunirán en el sitio que dichos Ministerio señalen y desempeñarán su función ad honórem. Comuníquese y publíquese.
