Los períodos de los empleados no comprendidos en las reglas de los artículos anteriores se computarán en la forma siguiente:

Si son nacionales, durarán cuatro años; si son departamentales o de Provincia, tres años, y si son municipales, un año. En los primeros la fecha inicial es el 7 de octubre de 1910; en los segundos, el 7 de noviembre de 1910, y en los otros, el 1 de enero de cada año.
