La ablación de componentes anatómicos provenientes de seres humanos vivos o cadáveres, así como las operaciones de trasplantes, salvo las excepciones previstas en este Decreto, sólo podrán realizarse en centros hospitalarios o instituciones, oficiales o privadas, que hayan obtenido u obtengan licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento expedida por el Ministerio de Salud.
