Ningún propietario de terrenos podrá oponerse a que se lleven a cabo en su propiedad los estudios a que haya lugar para la construcción de oleoductos de propiedad particular o de servicio público. Pero los empresarios de los oleoductos deberán indemnizarlos de todos los perjuicios que puedan causarles con tales estudios.
