En consecuencia, la referida Junta queda facultada para fijar el precio del servicio del alcantarillado, la cuantía de las cuotas de pavimentación y percibir el dinero proveniente de dichos servicios y cuotas.

Parágrafo

Los reglamentos y tarifas que elabore la junta deberán ser sometidos a la aprobación del Gobierno.
