La tasa máxima de interés de que trata el artículo anterior se aplicará igualmente a las operaciones de crédito que se efectúen con la parte de encaje legal sobre depósitos de ahorro de las cajas y secciones de ahorro de los bancos comerciales, según lo dispuesto por el artículo 1°, literal b) del Decreto número 2176 de 1977.
