Art. 34. El aseguro debe preceder á la posesión de la renta, y en la escritura se insertará la diligencia de adjudicación del remate.

Parágrafo

Toca al Ministerio de Hacienda publicar en el Diario Oficial el modelo al cual deben conformarse las escrituras de aseguro con las estipulaciones generales; y á la Junta Directiva revisar las otorgadas y debidamente registradas para el efecto de que el rematador otorgue escrituras adicionales para subsanar los defectos que dicha Junta señale.
