Restablécese el Juzgado de Circuito Promiscuo de Piedecuesta, integrado por los Municipios de Piedecuesta, que será la cabecera, Los Santos, Umpalá y Cepitá, Juzgado que conocerá de los negocios civiles, penales y laborales que por jurisdicción y competencia le correspondan por los Municipios atrás mencionados.
