Desde la expedición de la presente Ley, no causarán del derechos de importación las maquinarias que sean introducidas al país para la confección de sacos de empaque y para la manufactura de fique o fibras textiles similares; ni de plantas vivas o semillas de henequén, fique, yute, pita y demás plantas análogas.
