Diseño, implementación, dirección y administración del Sistema de Información de Huella Balística Criminal (SIHBCR). El diseño, implementación, dirección y administración del sistema es responsabilidad de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, para lo cual cumplirá con las siguientes funciones:

Parágrafo

La Fiscalía General de la Nación establecerá los lineamientos para el procedimiento y protocolo de seguridad necesario para garantizar la confiabilidad de la información, teniendo en cuenta aquellos datos que deben ser reservados, y establecer los roles y acceso al sistema.
