Artículo tercero. Todos los equipos y maquinaria en poder de las distintas dependencias del Ministerio, de entidades oficiales o particulares, sin inventariar, deben ingresar inmediatamente al Almacén respectivo y hacer parte del inventario permanente que el Almacen General lleve, sea cual fuere el lugar del territorio nacional donde se encuentren.
