A partir del 1° de enero de 2021, los Subsecretarios Generales grado 12 y los Secretarios de las Comisiones Constitucionales y Legales Permanentes grado 12 de ambas corporaciones devengarán como asignación básica mensual total la suma equivalente a catorce millones cuatrocientos sesenta y seis mil quinientos treinta y tres pesos ($14.466.533) moneda corriente.
