º. Los documentos públicos en que conste la adjudicación de parcelas a cualquier título, estarán exentos de impuestos de registro, timbre y papel sellado. Igualmente estará exento de los impuestos de la renta, patrimonio y exceso de utilidades, los primeros $5.000 del avalúo de dicahs parcelas y su dotación.
