Artículo primero. No se causará impuesto a las ventas, por el simple hecho de la importación directa de vehículos amparados por el Decreto 232 de 196, por el cual se reglamentó el régimen de importación de vehículos destinados al uso oficial o personal de los miembros de las misiones diplomáticas y oficinas consulares, o de los representantes de organismos internacionales y de asistencia técnica, debidamente acreditados en el país.
