º La Previsora S. A., Compañía de Seguros indemnizará, con sujeción a la suma asegurada, a los propietarios de los vehículos de que trata el presente Decreto, por la pérdida total o parcial por daños que sufran los automotores sus partes o accesorios, durante la prestación del servicio, como consecuencia de hechos terroristas o malintencionados, incluidos aquellos ejecutados por personas pertenecientes a organizaciones subversivas y diferentes a aquellos realizados por el propietario o sus dependientes, ocurridos dentro del término a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
