Art. 4.° Una vez que los habilitados i comisarios pagadores hayan afianzado su manejo, sea que entren o que continúen en la posesión de sus empleos, los Jefes de los cuerpos dirán el aviso del caso a la Secretaría de Guerra i a la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas, remitiendo a la primera de estas oficinas una copia do las escrituras de fianza.
