Requerimiento por otra autoridad. En caso de que el acusado fuere requerido por otra autoridad judicial, emitido el fallo absolutorio, será puesto a disposición de quien corresponda.

Si el fallo fuere condenatorio, se dará cuenta de esta decisión a la autoridad que lo haya requerido.
