La citada inspección la ejercerá el Gobierno cuando lo estime necesario, por medio de sus agentes, examinando los trabajos respectivos, libros de contabilidad , cuentas, contratos, almacenes y depósitos, planos y todo lo correspondiente a los estudios técnicos de las respectivas obras, y en general, todos los documentos que formen los archivos de cada empresa.
