Artículo sexto. La Corporación Autónoma Regional, CAR, tendrá una Junta Directiva de seis (6) miembros integrada así: El Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, quien la presidirá, o su delegado; un (1) Principal y un (1) Suplente designados por el señor Presidente de la República; el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá o su delegado; el Gobernador de Boyacá o su delegado; el Gobernador de Cundinamarca o su delegado y el Gerente General del Inderena o su delegado. El Director Ejecutivo tendrá voz, pero no voto en sus deliberaciones.
